Alchemixology is Alchemy in a glass. Italian grappa becomes a key player in a new and improved way of making cocktails. In other words: Bartenders strive for the ‘perfect cocktail’, while creating extraordinary cocktails in the process by bringing inventive ingredients together with Gra’it grappa.

½ OZ AMARO OF BONOLLO
TOP with COCA COLA

BUILD/ADD ingredients over ice directly into Highball/Collins Glass
GARNISH with a lime wheel.

2 OZ PINK GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
TOP with TONIC WATER

BUILD/ADD ingredients over ice directly into Highball/Collins Glass
STIR lightly to blend ingredients
GARNISH with a slice of Grapefruit (Half Moon)

1 ½ OZ GRA’IT
2/3 OZ LEMON JUICE
TOP with GINGER BEER

BUILD/ADD ingredients over crushed ice directly into copper mug
STIR lightly to blend ingredients
GARNISH with a lime wedge and a rosemary spring.

1 ½ OZ GRA’IT
1 OZ LEMON JUICE
½ OZ SUGAR SYRUP
1 0Z EGG WHITES

ADD all ingredients plus ice into a cocktail shaker;
SHAKE vigorously for about 30 seconds;
STRAIN into second shaker and dry shake (without ice) for another 30 seconds;
FINE STRAIN (double strain) into Coupette or Cocktail (Martini) Glass
GARNISH with bitter’s drops and Lemon Zest

1 ½ OZ GRA’IT
1 OZ LIME
½ OZ SUGAR SYRUP
2/3 OZ GALLIANO
1/3 OZ TRIPLE SEC
TOP with GINGER BEER

ADD all ingredients (except ginger beer) into a cocktail shaker;
SHAKE and strain into Highball/Collins Glass over ice;
TOP with ginger beer;
GARNISH with ginger candy and a sprig of Mint

1 ½ OZ GRA’IT
1 OZ LEMON JUICE
2/3 OZ APEROL
2/3 OZ SUGAR SYRUP
4 DROPS ORANGE BLOSSOM WATER (optional)
TOP with PROSECCO or CHAMPAGNE

ADD all ingredients (except prosecco) into a cocktail shaker;
SHAKE and fine strain into flute glass.
TOP with prosecco;
GARNISH with orange zest.

1 ½ OZ GRA’IT
2/3 OZ LEMON JUICE
2/3 OZ SUGAR SYRUP
1 OZ BERRY PUREE
TOP with PROSECCO or CHAMPAGNE

BLEND the raspberries, sugar and lemon juice to make a syrup.
ADD a splash of prosecco to a champagne flute, then pour the syrup and prosecco in a mixing glass fill it with ice, stir gently, and strain into glass.
TOP with a little more prosecco for some fizz.
GARNISH with fresh raspberry.

2 OZ GRA’IT
1 ½ OZ PINEAPPLE FRESH PUREE
1 OZ LIME JUICE
1 OZ FRESH CUCUMBER JUICE
3 DASHES of PALO SANTO WOOD PARFUME

ADD ingredients into cocktail shaker and emulsify;
SHAKE with ice and strain into a Highball/Collins Glass over large ice cube (Collins cube);
GARNISH with Black-Salted Pineapple Stick

1 ½ OZ GRA’IT
3 CHOPPED CHERRY TOMATOES
5 BASIL LEAVES
1/3 OZ OLIVE OIL
2/3 OZ SUGAR SYRUP
1 OZ LEMON JUICE

CHOP 3 cherry tomatoes and add into cocktail shaker along with 5 basil leaves and muddle;
ADD the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice;
FINE STRAIN (double strain) into Cocktail (Martini) Glass;
GARNISH with a cherry tomato and basil leaf on a cocktail skewer

1 ½ OZ GRA’IT CAMOMILLE INFUSE
5/6 OZ AMERICANO COCCHI
1/3 OZ TALISCHER STORM
1 OZ YUZU JUICE
½ OZ LEMON VERBENA SYRUP

ADD ingredients into cocktail shaker.
SHAKE with ice and strain into a rock Glass over large ice cube;
GARNISH with lemon zest and lemon verbena leaf.

1 OZ GRA’IT BACON WASHED
1 OZ GRAPPA OF AMARONE CHILLI INFUSE
1 OZ SUGAR CUBE
5 DROPS OF BARBECUE BITTER
1 DASH OF SODA

ADD the sugar, the bitter and dash of soda in a mixing glass.
PRESS the sugar cube (use a muddler) and stir to dissolve it.
ADD the rest of the ingredients and ice, stir for 30 seconds.
STRAIN over big ice cube in a rock glass.
GARNISH with a crispy bacon slice.
